Terms and Conditions – Dubai Rent A Car

General guidelines and information

The hirer acknowledges that the car has been delivered In good working condition. You must agree to return the vehicle to the company in the same condition at the end of the Rental period including all accessories
Dubai Rent a Car reserve the right to recall the car at any time if terms and conditions are violated
Dubai Rent a Car is not responsible for any laws of personal belongings
Company have right to change its terms and condition without prior notice

The daily mileage limit is 200km. Exceeding the limit will be charged at AED 0.50 per km.
The monthly mileage limit is 4500 km. Exceeding this limit will be charged at AED 0.50 per km.

The renter must return the car with the same fuel level as well rented. Fuel charges will be applied if the fuel level is lower.

The rental charges are calculated on 24-hour basis.
The company offers a 2-hour grace period for returning the vehicle. Any delay beyond 2 hours will be calculated in a full- day rental charge.
The last check in time in Dubai is 6:00 PM. No check-ins are allowed on public holidays or Fridays.
Pick up delivery in Dubai, the hirer has to inform Dubai Rent a Car at least 4 hours before.
For other Emirates, 24 hour notice is needed.

The hirer is responsible to keep the vehicle proper. Make sure that no damage or tempering occurs
A good standard of cleanliness should be maintained in the car
The hirer is responsible for all repairing course during the rental period
Third-party repair services are not allowed as it can result in penalties
In case of accident or damage, the hirer must contact to police and Dubai Rent a Car for a police report

A security deposit of AED 1500 is needed. It will be held for 30 days to cover any Salik charges or fines
Deposit amount varies depending on the category of vehicle
Charge of AED 5.is applied per crossing, however the rates are subjected to change
All fine occurred during the rental period is the responsibility of driver
Acknowledgement of each fine will be in cure a service charge of AED 20 with 10% of the fine
5% VAT is applicable on all service charges
An additional driver will be added for AED 100

All our rental fees included periodic services. The first service is required at 1000 kms and subsequent services after every 10,000km
The hirer is responsible to report when the service is due for any damage
The hirer is responsible for tired punctures
Must follow the Dubai Rent a Cars instructions for repairing
Any unauthorized repair will result in penalty

All the vehicles rented are insured for driving within the UAE
If no CDW insurance is purchased and the vehicle is damaged. The hirer have to pay 20% of the total vehicles purchase price (if less than 12 months old) or 15%( (if over 1 year old)
A police report is compulsory for any damage, otherwise the hirer will have to bear the full repairing cost
Our insurance does not cover damage to wheel caps, windshields, tools, tyres and wheels

The hirer must be at least 21 years old
Insurance covers 80% for drivers age between 21 to 25
In case of vehicle impoundment, the hirer has to cover the impound fees and laws of rental charges.
The hirer is responsible to ensure that the car is parked securely
Lost keys will be charged for minimum AED 1500
Parking fines are the responsibility of hirer along with the administrative fee
